Megan Patrignelli

Megan serves as Program Manager of MIUSA’s Youth Exchanges, specifically managing MIUSA’s annual Preparatory Workshop for FLEX and YES Students with Disabilities. In her role, she also supports other exchange programs at MIUSA, including professional exchanges and MIUSA’s signature leadership program, the Women’s Institute on Leadership and Disability (WILD). Megan also has experience working with MIUSA on inclusive development projects in various countries including Armenia and Nepal, and traveled to Nepal as part of a technical assistance team in 2024. Megan holds a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Management from the University of Oregon, and is actively involved in various community organizations in the Eugene area focused on adaptive sports and recreation.
