Available to tour national and international galleries and cultural spaces, the Brilliant & Resilient exhibition is a unique exhibition featuring a collection of photographs and personal stories of women with different types of disabilities, all alumni of Mobility International USA’s Women’s Institute on Leadership and Disability (WILD). Their powerful portraits and vignettes illustrate the issues that significantly impact their lives, including access to education, employment, political power, reproductive health services, and HIV/AIDS and violence prevention.

- 30 photographs, framed, wire-mounted, non-glare plexiglass, 26″ x 30″

Exhibition Costs
Rental fee
$1,750 USD for one month exhibition. (Partial hosting possible, fee negotiable)
Insurance
Borrowers must carry and show proof of insurance on the exhibition from the moment the exhibition comes into the borrower’s property to the moment the exhibition leaves the borrowers property.
Shipping
MIUSA no longer offers shipping for the Brilliant & Resilient Exhibit. However, we can make arrangements for local delivery within Oregon.
For exhibit spaces outside of Oregon and the U.S., we can make arrangements for local high-quality printing. The borrower is responsible for all costs associated with locally reproducing the exhibit.

Revenues from the exhibit and book sales support the next generation of emerging women leaders with disabilities to participate in MIUSA’s women’s leadership trainings.
MIUSA’s women’s programs support the implementation of Article 6 of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, which promotes the full development, advancement and empowerment of women with disabilities.
