Celebrating International Disability Day 2025

Date:

Join MIUSA in advancing leadership and disability rights globally, on International Disability Day and every day!

At MIUSA, every day is International Day of Persons with Disabilities. Our mission to advance leadership and disability rights globally is realized through the passionate activists who are leading change in their communities around the world.

Today, we celebrate more than 2,300 MIUSA alumni across 135 countries who are boldly reshaping what’s possible. For 44 years, we have had the privilege of working with disabled activists and allies around the world whose leadership is revolutionizing the status of people with disabilities. Together, we are part of a global movement to achieve our rights and celebrate our own unique culture.
